The dumbbells feature a 50 mm sleeve, a combination of bushings and bearings, a 28 mm diameter shaft, and the 1.0 knurling. This design provides a secure grip and is comfortable for higher volume lifting. Weight can be easily adjusted to suit individual training needs and can be adjusted in smaller increments for more natural progression. The dumbbell is designed to be paired with the Eleiko range of rubber-coated discs and vulcano change plates, but it is also compatible with any standard Olympic plate.
