With its backrest adjustable to seven positions from a -10 decline to a 75-degree incline in 10-degree increments, and a seat pad offering three positions from flat to a 30-degree incline in increments of 15 degrees, it offers versatility for different workout routines. The bench features a knurled handle and two adjustment knobs that are secure to grip and easy to operate. Users can also choose between unique PUR cushions for a modern aesthetic or Skai cushions for a more traditional look and feel. Rubber feet and end caps are incorporated to protect gym floors and keep the bench securely in place. Bolt down holes can be used for added stability.
The bench comes in two color options – Black or Charcoal, and two cushion styles – PUR Cushion Or Upholstered Cushion. The bench is easily portable, fitted with chromed handles and wheels. It is designed for seated and horizontal free weight and barbell exercises, and is simple to operate, just pulling knobs and lifting the seat until it locks into desired position. It comes with a 6 months to 10 years warranty depending on use.
