The Eleiko Olympic Flat Bench is designed with user-friendly features and thoughtful details to ensure safety and minimize maintenance. It is devised to perform multiple bench press exercises from a flat bench position. The bench features ten height adjustments for the bar hooks, enabling users to find a comfortable start and end position. The adjustment positions are numbered on both sides of the uprights, allowing lifters to confirm their position easily.
The hooks have built-in polyurethane rollers to protect the bar’s knurling and permit lifters to adjust the bar’s position optimally while it’s loaded. The integrated weight storage pins keep weights within reach and the lifting area uncluttered. If additional stability is required, the bench can be bolted to the ground using the concealed bolt holes in the frame.
The bench also comes with features that contribute to user safety, such as ten numbered height adjustments, warning markings for unengaged pop-pins, and bolt-down holes. We have one bench finished in Black, which is in excellent condition.
