• It incorporates the same needle bearings as Eleiko’s competition bars, ensuring smooth and synchronised rotation – the famous ‘Eleiko Feeling’.
• The sleeves are hard chromed, identical to our competition bars.
• The knurling is softer than on other Eleiko bars, designed for numerous repetitions without causing discomfort to the hands.
• The bar has a durable chrome finish that maintains its fine appearance over time.
• It also features hybrid markings for versatile training, catering to both powerlifting and weightlifting grips.
• The men’s XF bar has a 28mm grip, is 2200mm long, and weighs 20kg.
• The women’s XF bar has a 25mm grip, is 2010mm long, and weighs 15kg.

Warranty Terms: The barbell should be dropped on a protected floor, preferably an Eleiko Platform. It is not to be stored loaded on a rack and is for indoor use only. Normal wear and tear are not covered under the warranty.
