How To Use:
Position a short bar between your legs, clipping in front and back, or hang the weight just in front. The SUPER SQUATS Hip Belt lets you squat without a bar on your shoulders, and without any stress on your spine or lower back. The weight is supported by your hip structure.
The belts are adjustable within approximately a 6″ range, so choose based on your actual waist size (not pants size) for the best fit. Comes with a pair of Daisy Chains and two Large Carabiners. (Note: Bar and loading pin not included.)
The belts come in 3 sizes based on actual waist size:
- Small/Medium: 26″- 35″ waist
- Large/XL: 36″- 42″ waist
- 2X-large: 43″+ waist
