The bands come in seven distinct pound resistances, the level of resistance depends on the thickness and width of the band. The more you stretch the band during exercise, the greater the resistance load of the band.
All the resistance bands are 41 inches long and made of seamless latex rubber. They are constructed in layers to prevent any breakage. We stand by the quality of our bands and offer a 1 year warranty from the date of purchase, covering any manufacturing defect as long as the bands have not been misused or abused.
