The Pullum Jerk Blocks are designed to be robust and flexible. They are stackable, allowing athletes to adjust the height as needed for various exercises. In addition to being used for jerk exercises, these blocks are also suitable for block pulls, clean/snatch from blocks, partial deadlifts, floor presses, step ups, and box jumps.
Please remember to always use the Top-Block (7.5cm Block) on the top of the stack when the sets are in use. This will help to prolong the life of your blocks.
Here are the measurements for the different blocks:
- TOP Block: 110cm x 50cm x 7.5cm
- 15cm Spacer: 110cm x 50cm x 15cm
- 30cm Spacer: 110cm x 50cm x 30cm
Order the set that fits your requirements. A typical set includes 8 or 10 of the 30cm Spacers, 2 of the 15cm Spacers, and 2 of the top blocks.
